Good morning.

Today is the 80th day that the U.S. President is running a backdoor bribery scheme in which any CEO or foreign oligarch can send him money secretly through his crypto coin scam in exchange for favors.

It's the biggest scandal in the history of the Presidency.

It's the Marc Jacobs Tr$mp collection - for the fit man who thinks he is.
Even Marc Jacobs makes ($1850) mistakes.

This is #2/50 original 1968 Pete Turner "Giraffe" large scale prints from Jan. 1968 - It was owned by Creed Taylor. It's the cover picture from the 1967 Anton Carlos Jobim album "Wave".

What's is worth? Dunno but I couldn't come up with a big enough number for the seller to sell it to me.

While in New Orleans French Quarter, I took the back staircase at the Cabildo Museum and found myself outside a room with National Guardsmen using facial recognition (red squares around faces) on multiple TV screens.

It really spooked me.

My kid wanted to do accounting specialising in forensic accounting. Her degree is no longer deemed professional and not eligible for student loans.

Don't think this is anything other than payback by the President and His administration. They want to force people into predatory lending.
Payday lenders gave Trump millions. Then he helped them cash in on the working poor.
The investment in Trump has continued paying off during the pandemic.

This is unsustainable and unaffordable. My Medicare 17% premium rise for an advantage plan, the largest in history, pales by comparison.
My health insurance premiums will more than double in January. I pay a little less than $500/month for my current silver plan.

I just reapplied and my new premium will be $1062/month.

And don’t forget: I still have a co-pay for every visit and pay for prescriptions.

Seedy, vile, disgusting. You have all the money in the world and you can't even wait to get somewhere with some style and class.

I assume this is the prototype for the Qatari donated Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet, for Air Force One. That's why Tr$mp wants to use it after he's left office.
Knowing what we know now, the creep factor is high on this one.

Epstein’s Lolita Express took its last flight in 2016 and sat abandoned at Georgia’s Brunswick Airport when photographed in 2020. This is the same jet that’s believed to have carried his trafficking victims & long list of secret VIPs.

Did you see/read this, my guess is that you didn't spot it's another attempt to drive through a racist federal ID requirement.

Who exactly is a foreigner? How do you know? Drivers licenses do NOT prove citizenship. This is a terrible idea, especially since it will likely end up with biometrics.
Foreign visitors will have to pay $100 surcharge to get into Rocky Mountain National Park, Trump administration says
International tourists will have to pay a $100 surcharge to visit Rocky Mountain National Park starting on Jan. 1 under a new policy announced by the Trump administration on Tuesday.

I keep complaining about the lack of 3rd-places for children and teens to gather, we just did the debate about malls and how they were really killed by mall cops who essentially heard kids like sheep dogs until they killed the mall.

This is possibly the saddest indictment #louisvilleco could make

MSN is going to have to do better on links, embeds if it ever wants to grow up.

Title for the article is "Robots and AI Are Already Remaking the Chinese Economy"

If you do decide to read, remember China doesn't want to import anything, nothing at all. Soy Beans are just a sop.
Good read. Frightening thing is not AI, but that Trump, Lutnick, Miller et al have no freaking clue how to compete.

No paywall copy to Wall St Journal.

Such an embarrassing show of incompetence.

The Republicans will of course say it's not time for gun law reform, me though it's definitely too early to turn his situation into humor, because like Kash Patel, it's gagging for it.

Know what's insufferable? Terrible scheduling UX at medical offices.

"Yeah AI will take your job" like hell it will

Try asking the front desk to schedule a double appointment twice a week for the next 6-weeks!

They don't even have basic rules based scheduling ain't no way AI can do this usably.

See also, arrogance. Witkoff thinks he can outsmart Putin. Of course he can, he's American and Putin is smart for a Russian but not as smart as an American.

I saw this all the time in 1991 while in Moscow working on the ATM/ATC and aeroflot systems.
You have to ask, why was Witkoff chosen for this critically important role of special envoy to Putin? He had no diplomatic or foreign policy experience. No education on those subjects. So of all people, why him? I think what we all surmised is clear - Putin wanted Witkoff.

As if anyone in their right mind could afford this is coming to America anyway.

Wait until it turns into you have to prove you're American or otherwise pay the fee. Remember a driver's license does not prove you are American.

More racist shit.

Just a heads up, but if you are at the point of authoritarian consolidation where the fascist paramilitary troops are destroying security cameras and evidence of their crimes, not just publicly, but in court as well, you are far past the point where this ends peacefully

Yeah because a sign of spraying with forever chemicals is really going to help us 1500 miles away when buying tripled washed vegetables.

F the Tr$mp administration, every cancerous arm of it..
The EPA is starting to allow the use of pesticides containing PFAS on food. The move is part of an effort to roll back the regulation of PFAS — also known as "forever chemicals" because they don't break down easily in the environment.
