This is SUCH a predictable scenario. And such poor system design. Honestly even if GP practices can't see this for themselves (& they should), the software companies ought to invest in some codesign.
Argh!!! GP admin why are you so frustrating!
I message about something via the online portal this AM. Tell them it’s not urgent + I can’t take a call today anyway.
