Rockstar now claims it was, in fact, the leaking of “specific game features from upcoming and unannounced titles” that led to the firings.

We’re going to have to see the company prove this in an employment tribunal & more than that, it’ll need to prove it for all 31 fired employees in the UK too.

1. Information thread for other Canadian small business owners. A few years ago, our payment processor, Desjardins, was acquired by Global Payments, and after a brief honeymoon, our monthly fees went up...and up...and up...and UP, until it was the single biggest expense after rent and paycheques.
