Started watching Babylon 5 with the kids. We are three episodes in, and they already love Londo and love to hate G’Kar. They also deeply distrust Delenn. This is going to be such a journey.

So I heard part of a Vermont Public story on the radio about some creep who was filming girls in changing rooms and I only got the last name. I was like "I wonder if it was so-and-so" and then I heard the story again and it confirmed, yup, that's the dude I knew. I used to buy comic books from him.

One thing I don’t see in any of the remembrances of Malcolm-Jamal Warner is his stellar performance in the short-lived Showtime series Jeremiah. He will be missed.

It strikes me as similar to the idea that women shouldn’t be allowed to run marathons because of the “scientific uncertainty” about how maybe their uteruses might fall out. It seems extremely silly now but people (who organized marathons) actually took that concern seriously until the 1970’s.
