Wonderful advice from a friend. Being kind to ourselves is most important.
I spoke to a friend about struggling with gaining weight & needing to address it. she asked if I’d speak to my daughter the way I was speaking to myself. if not, to think about what I would say to her. then to give this advice to myself.
