A location of a chain of Mexican restaurants was targeted by ICE in the St. Louis area. They rolled up and scooped up the manager and 2 cooks as they arrived for work. The place is on a rural highway. All 3 were released later because they aren’t criminals. Who tipped ICE? Competitor? Local racists?

If the FBI gets purged of almost all of its agents, they will be replaced. The current vetting process for agents is onerous. But that can be changed, and there’s really nothing stopping a director from handing every Jan. 6 pardonee, or any other yahoo, a badge and a gun (and TS clearance)
