This is only a personal viewpoint, but Universes Beyond hasn't bothered me too much because the flavor dissonance that other IPs bring to Magic IP feels vastly outmatched by the flavor hilarity that Magic IP gets to inflict on other IPs. They will 100% use as many bad faith arguments as possible to try to get you to engage. Don't. You owe them nothing, and any and all interaction only helps them spread like cancer.
