It's astoundingly bad. Like an encyclopedia of all the ways government screws up procurement all on the same project.

Picture doesn’t show ‘family in Sheffield’ welcoming removal of two-child benefit cap – Full Fact
An image being widely shared with the caption “family in Sheffield welcome Labour removing two-child benefit limit” is actually an old photo of a family in Pakistan.

A reminder that we are in ADVENT which starts on the fourth Sunday before Christmas. The 12 days of Christmas start on 25 Dec. ADVENT and Christmas are two distinct seasons. The one is a time of preparation, self-reflection and repentence. The other isn't. Got that? #Advent

Had a fine time in the Turner & Constable exhibition at Tate. A superb display of brilliant pictures by two of our greatest artists.

Poor Constable; still so misunderstood in the labels and catalogue, but, in his own modest and subtle way, he more than holds his own.

This, from the Guardian, is Ryanair at its very worst.

It's not good enough for them to insist that they're a low-cost airline and everyone knows the rules, in circumstances like this...

I wonder if legislation is needed?

There is a huge caveat that peter has missed. Taking the mrp as the baseline assumes that no tactical voting is already baked into the mrp...that's wrong. Lots of people will already be giving a tactical voting intention. This risks double counting.
