Charlie Kirk spent his life‘s work and all of his energy and time targeting out-groups while arguing for a world in which gun massacres would be easy to enact, plentiful, and inevitable, and he became famous and wealthy doing it, and we’re now not supposed to mention that because it’s not polite.

No, saying Palestinians shouldn't be genocided and trans people should have rights and the police should be defunded and ICE should be abolished and billionaires shouldn't exist isn't "authoritarian tendencies on the left."

Its literally the opposite of authoritarianism.

Restless leg syndrome is one of the silliest (and also very bad) side effects of my medication.
Like, in exchange for Not Cancer, you get Desperate Need To Walk Around The Neighbourhood At 2AM Or Else.

Doesn't feel ideal that the two big cultural trends of 2025 are "Knowledge is for suckers" and "Empathy is bad actually."
Gonna be real with you, this feels like an advertisement for spiritual death

At this point I’m convinced that the entirety of ICE should be dismantled, and every agent blacklisted from law enforcement work for life.

This is just one story of casual evil, and new ones come out every day.

There is absolutely no reason for apartment applications to be online only. It isn't more secure, it isn't easier or more efficient for anyone involved. Can we go back to faxes and email please?

For fuck's sake. When I click on a post sharing news about what's being done & what's been successful, why are there so many Eeyores telling people all hope is lost and here are all the reasons why trying is pointless?

Nobody needs the specter of failure constantly explained. The stakes are plain.

Excellent thread.
When the Patriot Act was passed, libraries got requests for patrons’ borrowing history. We were prohibited from disclosing those requests.

We deleted and shredded those records and stopped tracking reading history for that reason.
