Exactly 80 years ago this precise moment (8:40am Hamburg time, Nov. 30, 1945), German submarine commander Heinz-Wilhelm Eck and two of his former subordinates on the U-852 were shot by Allies in Hamburg for killing the survivors of a ship they had sunk. Pete Hagueseth needs to lawyer up immediately.

Hideous changes, if true. Many of these changes will effect neurology, pain management and neurosurgery. NO authorization is required by traditional Medicare. This is the 1st I've heard of this and is exactly what I've feared from Dr. Oz.

Most doctors hire staff so they don't have to bother with understanding what they believe is below their pay grade. Insurance paperwork is handled by low paid medical assistants and medical billers. Physicians mostly have no idea.
Zero understanding of how risk pooling and insurance works.
