This guy's a vet and a lawyer who threw a sandwich and offered to turn himself in, so they sent a paramilitary platoon with a camera crew.

- 77.3% of Medicare expenditures go to children, the elderly and the disabled.
- 12.1% goes to the ACA expansion - people who are working but can't afford health insurance
- The remaining 10% is almost all working poor
