This is a test. Not like a test as not the real thing like a fire drill, but the real thing itself: a test as in all of us are being tested, as in "these are times that try men's souls" and everyone's principles. Who will stand up to the coup/constitutional crisis? Who has already surrendered?
People Have the Power: Week Whatever of the Stupid Coup and the Pushback

Sen. Booker’s speech was a substantive and moral account of this moment. He did not read the phone book. He did not babble.
For 24 hours @booker.senate.gov laid out a detailed, damning, and critical narrative of truth, history, politics, morality, humanity.

What will you do?

what booker is doing right now is an example of what i mean when i say things like “we need more ambition right now.” there is room in american politics right now for people with ambition to take big stands and reap the rewards. he’s doing it!

The job of the government isn’t to “produce federal revenue” the job is meeting the needs of the people. Refuse to engage in a debate about the profitability of providing people’s needs through public resources.
Greene: Those are not real jobs producing federal revenue. Federal employees do not deserve their jobs. Federal employees do not deserve their paycheck

When a kid with ties to Russian and Nazi hackers dumps data from our most sensitive systems, we should demand the New York Times screams about it.

NYT knows how to make computer server security an issue. They did that to get Trump elected in 2016. They choose not to now.
I suppose we're supposed to assume that when guys like BigBalls Coristine (who, according to Wired's reporting, has links to Russian and Nazi hackers) get access to the servers at the Dept of Energy (responsible for our nuclear program) that we should just trust they'll handle that info responsibly.
