These kids and Muskolini didn't "shut down" USAID and they didn't "take care of" OPM/Treasury Dept, they illegally broke into a secure facility on a weekend when hardly anyone was there, hijacked sensitive data on US citizens/businesses, destroyed govt property, and unlawfully fired Americans. This at an essential point. If Republicans want to abolish USAID they're as free to do that as with any other part of the government - through Congress. (i.e., follow the constitution) There's a budget process starting right now. Go for it. Doing it this way is illegal.
