It's time we talk about refugees. Honestly, I have had enough with this lack of humanity.
We now have a secret concentration camp for immigrants.
We only know this man is in Gitmo because Noem tweeted a propaganda photo that included him and his sister saw it. He has no criminal record. He entered the US in January and immediately made an appointment with CBP to claim asylum. They sent him to a concentration camp bc of his basketball tattoo.

I think this is brilliant, it was their land. People are scared of illegal immigrants (or undocumented in the US) but what they should really fear is people who think they are entitled to something.
The Indigenous People of North America have decided to go back to calling the Gulf of Mexico, “Chalchiuhtlicueyecatl”. It is what the Nahuatl People originally called it as it is the domain of the goddess Chalchiuhtlicue, who is assoc w/water bodies, including the Gulf of Mexico.

I think this is brilliant, it was their land. People are scared of illegal immigrants (or undocumented in the US) but what they should really fear is people who think they are entitled to something.

Sadly all so true
The trend seems to be to follow leaders who don’t want migrants but are willing to create them, who want integration but don’t want to do anything to encourage it, who offer sanctuary to the rich and powerful and deny refuge to the poor and needy. All while espousing Christian values.

So many women contributed to sciences in past centuries, but we hardly know them. They rarely managed to reach their potential. What a waste of talent.

Sometimes I feel hopeless about what is happening to the NHS and what people are doing about it. I think we either need to go all in, find the millions of people who care and get a *lot* louder, or we give up.
