I love Anson Mount and believe he is a wildly underrated actor. His acting is precise, grounded, & emotionally honest in a way most actors never reach. I believe, given the right script he is in Daniel Day-Lewis territory. Different lane, same caliber.

Today’s watercolour attempt! I bought better paper (100% cotton), from the local art supply store. It makes a huge difference on how the paint sits and reacts. Not sure how I feel about today’s attempt but I am going to keep trying

Made my own taco seasoning tonight as I really don’t love all the salt and preservatives in the pre-made stuff. It’s not too bad but I had to add actual hot sauce to it lol

When The Kid was little I introduced them to 2 of my fav books, The Little Prince & Jonathan Livingston Seagull. They immediately fell in love w/both, just like I had years ago. For Christmas they found original 1973 copper & enamel pins that were given out for the film adaption. I’m overwhelmed ❤️

Took The Kid to watch The Nutcracker at the Mt Baker Theater tonight and managed to get a table at the amazing Storia Cucina afterwards! It was a pretty awesome day!
(Also stumbled upon an amazing coffee shop but I have no idea what it’s name is lol)
