Throughout my 26 years of teaching (and even more years in Ministry) I have ALWAYS called people by nicknames (Johnny instead of Jonathan, Rick instead of Ricardo, etc.) or, on occasion, middle names instead of first names. This is no different.

I am quickly discovering that "Cutting waste, fraud, and abuse" is actually code for "I am randomly cutting programs and funding for things I don't actually understand and have no idea what will happen when I do. How bad could it get?" The answer is uniformly bad. VERY BAD
