Drinking may have given me cancer. The alcohol industry has worked hard to downplay it.
The science is clear that alcohol raises the risk of breast cancer, but boozemakers have downplayed the link.

This is how it’s done. There are a lot of ways to fight back against moral panics, but enshrining protections in law is one of them- thrilled to see NJ keep the witch hunts at bay & preserve access to books (and protect librarians!) statewide.
