So, not only is my kid's healthcare illegal for doctors to provide him in the state we live in, he can no longer be treated out of state and risks losing access to the evidence backed peer reviewed medication that has changed his life for the better because we are ruled by monsters and cowards

This is so evil. Using the Justice Department for an inquisition into doctors for providing medical care sought by children and families. These people are un-American and need to face brutal consequences for their perversion of our government at the earliest possible opportunity
The Justice Department has sent subpoenas to the providers of gender affirming care to trans youth. My understanding is that these are under the False Claims Act and they are attempting to gain access to full medical records of trans patients similar to how Tennessee did so.

This is exciting! The current system is not intuitive and either of the new options would be a big improvement.
