I've plotted my top recommended bike routes starting at the south end of the Lakefront Trail in Chicago to make it easier to share some of my favorite routes! They all basically work in reverse, but I've also tried to include train connections at the ends. All have detailed notes. #bikechi
Has anyone I know visited Pere Marquette State Park? I'm trying to decide how many days I want to stay there in early May. At least one, but could go as high as 3 if it's worth it.

We don't talk enough about how the use of emojis in the body of an email is a dead giveaway that AI wrote the email.

How early am I allowed to have a beer on Super Bowl Sunday if I am not watching the Super Bowl?

For the record, I object strongly to the presence of fresh snow on the ground this morning.

This theory didn't pan out. I woke up twice for a while in the middle of the night, didn't check my sleep stats, ultimately got a solid night of sleep, and yet still Fitbit wants me to take another rest day.
It's been the norm recently for me to be awake for a while in the middle of the night. I've been in the habit of forcing Fitbit to sync so I can see how much sleep I've gotten *so far*. Fitbit sets a low cardio target based on a partial night's sleep, and then seems not to update it again later.

Never say the American dream is dead. By this time next year, at age 41, I'll probably be 10% of the way to being a one-millionaire. Amazing what I learn when I log in to my retirement accounts.

For the third day in a row, Fitbit says I need a rest day. I have already taken two rest days in a row. This is whack, but I'm starting to suspect I know why it is doing this.

Reading a draft of my estate plan, and the main thing I am learning from all this legal language is that I really need to get a new glasses prescription. Yikes.
