Weirdly, pillowcases seem to last me longer than sheets! I still have a decent supply, although I'm glad to get some new ones with the sheet sets I just ordered.

The bullet has been bitten. Next up, a top-entry litter box so the cat can't pee out the side. Nothing like a gray day stuck inside for spending money on things I've been meaning to order for a while.

I was kind of thinking I might visit an Ikea to shop pillows, though I have no specific plans to make the trek out there right now. The rest I'm getting from LL Bean after getting multiple recs for them.

I'm flummoxed by pillows. Part of my problem is that I don't even know what I want, and my preferences seem not to be stable over time. This has contributed to the indecision and delay in replacing them.

This will probably be my approach in the future, but right now I'm in the place where I just need a complete reset because of how long I've let it go.

All of my remaining sheet sets are on their last legs. Pillows are gross and need to be replaced. I haven't owned a proper comforter in years and have just been wrapping myself in extra robes in winter. Etc.

(After which I will immediately go back to just taking a car lane so that I can get through this mess in a reasonable amount of time, a "privilege" I only enjoy because I'm an experienced and confident cyclist.)

Should just organize a large group ride to go do every possible route through it one day to get it over with. Make it a parade.
