Reactive blood sugar & #ME/CFS needs investigation. Had toast/peanut butter w banana. Started wiping kitchen counters. (I call my #CFS mild). But 1 hr or less, low blood sugar feelings started. Used glucose monitor & it was 3.9. Ate the necessary items to bring it back up & crashed in bed next 3 hrs

Brave enough to write a book.
Brave enough to revise your book.
Brave enough to get beta readers.
Brave enough to query your book.
Brave enough to sub your book.
Brave enough to publish your book.

There are so many moments where writers are tested. Be proud of where you are.

Been hesitant to put the heat up another degree bc prednisone makes me sweat but I did this morning. was a very good call. I’m actually sweating less (?) and my skin is no longer cool to the touch and I’m not playing games with the fan and electric blanket.

Rest of the fam is gonna roast tho.

This is NOT a permanent solution. So, we must continue to put pressure on Congress to make telehealth for Medicare permanent.
