I'm averaging a mere 7 hrs of wake time these days. #CFS Sleeping late in am, awake time followed by needed nap, followed by awake time. For that 4 hr nap, I lay there with no energy wondering when it will change. Back to bed soon. It is 1:48 am Sunday. House needs cleaning.

The most Canadian thing I did today was feed the visiting feral cat. He gets to shelter in our pool house over the winter where we have a heat mat and heat lamp set up for him. #IAmCanadian

In a manuscript I had critiqued yrs ago for midlife women, I'd talked about 'crashing fatigue'. I assumed it was common in all perimenopausal women. The editor called me out saying there was no such term. Nevertheless, I guess way back then I had symptoms of #CFS. I had that kind of fatigue today.

I worked out a great system without even trying. I dump towels from the dryer onto the TV room sofa. I come back the next day and they've been folded. I've shared with my husband how the upper arm activity it takes can set me off, so he graciously does this on the regular now! #CFS #MyofascialPain
