Not sure if it’s a case for you, but my wife bent over in the garden and heard a fart. One of the kids was there and thought it was her. She thought it was him. They’re both adamant it wasn’t them. I was inside the house so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t me.

Superman was great IMO. I’m 100% up for James Gunn’s vision of the DC universe based on this first outing. It felt like there was a real unashamed love for the comic book source. I’ll happily go back to the cinema for more of these stories.

The reality of what’s happening. The “balance of rights” GCs fight for is that trans people should live in permanent existential dread because otherwise GCs have to be uncomfortable with their bigotry.
From when I recovered from surgery until the UK's Supreme Court ruling - about 5 years - I had this amazing period in my life where I really felt free. I dunno how else to describe it. I still had the stress, horror and fear of fighting for trans rights and the grim stuff GCs subjected me to, but...

Quick - somebody tell Streeting there’s yet another report for him to ignore because it dares to deviate from the holy Book of Cass.
Took me a bit to process how big a deal this report actually is--its thus far the only review to look at the entire body of currently available research. It took two years to conduct, stands at 1,000 pages, and completely contradicts the Cass Review and the common arguments for bans on this care.
Republicans in Utah commissioned an investigation into gender-affirming care for trans youth after banning it in 2023.
They're now rejecting the findings of that investigation which showed access to care reduced suicides and improved "positive mental health and psychosocial functioning outcomes."
