This is a shameful way to treat our fellow citizens who are public servants. This doesn’t make America great.
So.

It has officially happened. I have been officially let go from my position at CDC. I wasn’t a probationary employee. I had stellar performance reviews every year.

I’ll be ok. But please understand that many worked HARD to get into these positions and were doing great public health work.

Obviously this is bad and very stupid, but the tenor of this kind of Trump communique is very funny to me. It's a real HOA energy, just someone being annoying and small who knows they're being that way, and who more or less sees that as both their highest personal calling and the purpose of the job.
So if you criticize Elon Musk, Trump’s DOJ will send you this letter. Members of Congress must have the right to forcefully oppose the Trump Administration. I will not be silenced.
