Ellie’s write up is must read for understanding how horrible today’s Supreme Court decision is for trans people. Don’t let the press tell you this is some limited decision. The court is putting into question the right of all trans people to simply exist. By a 6-3 margin.
The Supreme Court ruled that the Equal Protection Clause does not protect everybody equally. Instead it upheld the Tennessee law that seeks to eradicate trans kids.
