Anyone can use www.findhelp.org to see where food pantries or other resources are located nearby. Spread the word and if you're able to, donate to these facilities. I have a feeling this is going to be a rough winter for a lot of folks. :(

Every govn shutdown in my life time without exception has been because democrats want people to have access to things and republicans don’t. Thats it. Every time. Republicans would rather everyone die than get anything. I do not understand how anyone ever votes for them without being stupid/evil.

I agree this is a moment when we all need to work together in getting the temperature down, but that doesn't mean excusing hate speech. Charlie Kirk did not support free and open debate. He supported engaging in bad faith as a monetization strategy and otherwise suppressing free speech.
