I’m exhausted. We’re all exhausted.
Being disabled is a 24/7 job. There’s no breaks. No vacation. No raises.
No one would do his for the “perks” because there aren’t any.
We deserve good healthcare, housing and an affordable living wage. We don’t get that.

I miss the old me too, but this is my reality now.
I’m proud of who I’ve become, but I am suffering.

The “Twelve Monkeys” tv series is something I always really enjoyed, the depths of complexity and metaphysics on top of good writing and acting and humour…
But it means so very very much more after the last 5 years.
It has become almost an alternate reality history rather than a story.

We've always been saying that these objections to they/them and treatment for incarcerated migrants and a trans swimmer taking 5th place just weren't worth it, and I think transphobia finally found out
