They dismantled the Dept of Education, much of the CDC, NSF and nih in a year so it's totally doable to dismantle DHS. You can also expedite the process by treating those officials like the entire federal workforce has been treated. Make em miserable, and rip out wires at random. That'll do it.

I'm predicting there is going to be a phenomenon of Ice agents commiting suicide in a few months. There's going to be one or two and then there will be waves of them happening. It'll set off a chain of plunging moral. Right wing media will try to blame us for it, just laugh loudly when they do.
