Fathers deserve to work fewer hours, make more money, and spend more time with their families.

Every working class person deserves this.

Honestly, there was more Mayham when the Dodgers won then there is now. Literally zero need for any military. I was here for the LA riots. Can confirm, the city is not on fire and there are no riots.

If someone works full-time, they should be able to pay their bills with their paycheck.

That’s the bare minimum. It’s not a radical belief.

Not sure who needs to hear this, but any govt official who violates someone's constitutional rights -- and is acting outside the scope of their lawful authority -- can be PERSONALLY liable in a civil suit.

ICE officers. Cabinet members. White House staffers. Even the president.

I went to an event packed with 100s of companies looking to contract with border enforcement and the Trump administration as they ramp up detentions and deportations. The main event sponsor is running the Guantanamo Bay Migrant Operations Center — they handed out tote bags.

Here’s everything I saw.

There is nothing to stop them from doing this to any person in this country. Immigrants today, who tomorrow? www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...
DOGE is collecting federal data to remove immigrants from housing, jobs
The administration is pushing agencies to turn over information on where people work, study and live. The data is normally protected from dissemination.

All I can say is that people are paying attention to a Maryland man nobody had heard of two weeks ago. If El Salvador does anything to this guy, I have feeling this will not go well for the Trump administration — perhaps not in a court of law, but in the court of public opinion…which matters

They don’t care.

They don’t care that the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 to bring an innocent man home to his family.

They don’t care.

They think it’s funny.

In the Oval Office, Trump suggested deporting citizens with criminal records.

In the court of law, Trump is a rapist with 34 felony convictions.

Today is Jackie Robinson Day in Major League Baseball.

And yet if Robinson were breaking the color barrier today, Trump would have DOJ prosecute both Robinson and the Dodgers for having "DEI" policies.

I see it. I have lived it. 83 years ago, the U.S. government turned upon a group of its own citizens and residents and sent them to internment camps without due process. I was there among them. American fascism is back. It is here. It is now.

Just so I am keeping everything straight…the government can’t tell you to wear a mask because FREEDOM!!!!, but it can decide you are a “terrorist” and send you to a foreign gulag without due process and throw away the key.

That right?

Someone knows who this man is and where he spends his time. He should be identified. And he should not feel comfortable showing his face in public after this.
This picture may haunt me to the end of my days.

It is an ICE agent taking an axe to the car window of an immigrant in New Bedford, MA. Not far from where I sit now. An immigrant with no criminal record was abducted by this smiling man.

An axe taken to a car window and to our democracy. 1/

Mr. Abrego Garcia was illegally abducted by the Trump Admin and, by their own admission, wrongly deported to El Salvador. He shouldn’t have to spend another second away from his family.

I'm flying to El Salvador tomorrow morning to check on his condition and discuss his return.

The Trump administration lies that it does not have the ability to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia home.

Bullshit.

The administration is PAYING the Salvadoran government to keep detainees at CECOT.

Congress - or a Court - could order those payments to stop, immediately, right now.

Not only must we be willing to fight for someone we don’t know, we must also fight for someone we may have not always agree with.

When we fight for things like Medicare for all, that means all.

A Biden voter. A Trump voter. A Harris voter.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.
