A 50 PERCENT cut in electric sector GHG emissions is a credit to decades of work by MN lawmakers, regulators + utilities (Xcel, MN Power, Otter Tail Power, Great River Energy, etc.)

Slow progress in other sectors reminds us decarbonization is hard.
