It’s not laziness, it’s a lack of; a.) lack of population in rural areas. b.) lack of a living wage.
I have worked in agriculture (ranching to be specific) in was back breaking and I made less than minimum wage. I made more money in the service industry. I preferred the ranch work to be honest.

Can someone explain to me how these individuals are centralist? No, a centralist acknowledge the fact that he was full of idealistic concepts of free speech but fell short of his own expectations. Disastrously. Maybe even intentionally.
