Went ballistic on a guy this morning in Costco Adelaide carpark for leaving his dog in car whilst they shopped. It was 31°C already on its way to 39. Poor thing was barking, panting, trying to hide under seats with tongue hanging. Car out in full sunlight. Knobhead!
