I kinda blew up at one of my relatives who has a child that is on the "low functioning" end of the spectrum agreed w/ this bullshit.
As someone who had much strife as a kid over whether or not I'm on the spectrum, to where I almost never disclose that info due to the stigma, was absolutely livid.

I guess sure games were like $100 in 1990 but my brother and I got one game each a year at Christmas, and this industry seems built on the assumption I'm going to buy far more frequently than that

I miss the days when AI just meant "this enemy NPC flees at 25% health"
Intermittent reminder that 'AI' is a broad name for a huge range of technologies, some of which are really useful and have no negative effects, some of which are pretty useless and/or based on plagiarism. The existence of one doesn't negate the existence of the other.
