I made a graphic a while back that kinda shows a quick hack I use for anatomy! Also, standing straight, your elbows (or at least the fossa) are near end bottom of the ribcage and the natural waist (tummy bend), and your belly button is an inch or two lower. Wrists usually line up with the crotch.
