I think it would be cool to merge retirement homes, children’s homes, and animal shelters. A community where older people teach young children about life and take care of abandoned animals together. I bet it would do wonders for everyone involved.

New study finds that using ChatGPT to write essays led to reduced brain activity & memory compared to writing without tools or using a search engine. While ChatGPT made writing easier, it also caused cognitive offloading, weakening learning and engagement over time.

Reading folks talk about the “erosion of democracy” in America like it’s not the same country that did genocide, enslavement, segregation etc… like I get what you’re saying about the moment but can we think about the words we’re using and who we dehumanize in the hysteria?
