It's refreshing to see a politician actually directly defend trans people when some shit-stirrer attempts to get them with a gotcha about trans people.

I’m stunned how the transgender community is so myopic in the distaste of Newsom… particularly in comparison to Trump/MAGA. I’m used to watching MAGA voters vote against their own interests… but the Newsom Derangement Syndrome on the part of the transgender respondents is saddening.

I hope that Wes Streeting suddenly develops an endocrine disorder that makes him and him alone increasingly more uncomfortable and ill-at-ease in his own body, in a way that he can watch, despair at, and do nothing to prevent.
