Demand is huge in Co.Cork for properties that don't exist according to the Vacant Homes Tax self-assessment & Derelict Site Register
In summary we will throw free money at vacancy & dereliction for our hoarding buddies but we won't tax them for their vandalism

Lots of concrete in the style of 1970s car parks. It won't age nicely either. Drab, depressing in a Soviet tower block sort of way and leaving it as it was would have better.
