Intially bought by DairyGold who got a 13.3% return on their investment (aka speculation)
UCC bought this site in 2019 for €17.25m & now don't have money to do anything but won't sell them either

A reminder that derelict and uninhabitable homes don't have to pay any Local Property Tax
For owners of 20k derelict homes there's no worry about 7% Derelict Levy because councils never fully enforce the law or collect the money owed to them.
