What Rick Kupchella, the StarTribune (owned by billionaire Glenn Taylor), Hubbard, and, seemingly the DFL executive committee, agree on is that Minneapolis is an eye sore. It has too much power and is an ongoing pain in the ass. They’re othering the state‘s largest city just like the White house.
