There is no phrase that I want to see die a brutal death more than "CalArts Style". It's 2025 people, stop using that damn phrase. Besides, I like that the character designs we're getting pull influence from international animation like anime and Aardman. It's cool.

I personally think the generations that hold a fondness for things like "Space Jam" and the live-action "Scooby-Doo" shouldn't be turning their noses up at today's children for the movies they enjoy.

Seen a few "at least we'll always have [writer/artist/performer name here]". You might not! When the details of Whedon's behaviour came out, people were saying it about Gaiman! Putting people on a pedestal only sets you up for damaging yourself, and discourages other victims who haven't come forward
