These men and women who are private citizens signed an open letter stating their informed opinion.

They broke no laws, and their opinion was not disproven.

For that, our incoming criminal president who pretends to champion free speech intends to punish them.

This episode is well worth your time. James is fascinating on everything but particularly the stuff around voting intention, ethnicity and religiosity

Personally I think it's really unnecessary to wait until 7 February for the Women's Champions League quarter-final draw... Now we know who's through, get on with the draw. Do it now and give fans more time to buy tickets and flights, rather than just 5-6 weeks notice before March's 1st legs. #UWCL

The cost of living crisis means that most Brits have cut back again this year - according to new polling commissioned by @38degrees.bsky.social and published by the Daily Mirror today.

Most Brits worried about cost of Christmas - scrimping on gifts, lights and food
The majority of people have made - or plan to make - at least one cutback over the festive period, with some skipping presents or seeing loved ones due to cost

Building more prisons will not solve the prisons crisis says the justice secretary. She’s right. But the only real, long-term way out of this crisis is to actively support initiatives around working with children & young people (as well as their parents) to offer them better life-choices!

"We've got a pretty biased media", Alastair Campbell says on Question Time, about the Labour Government's short honeymoon period.

Such a simple and obvious point, but how often do we ever hear it said? The panel moved on quickly.

Jadon Sancho scoring a goal for HIS club. You can't fake a smile like that. Sheer joy at knowing you are in a place you are respected and wanted. Not just a scapegoat for a poor acquisition strategy or a coach's failings.
One of my favourite moments this season so far.

Nigel Farage has been on 38 times, but has never impressed anybody.
