Remember people this is Disney we are talking about, the company that basically wrote the book on modern copyright law.
Disney is very protective of their IPs, so I suspect as soon as they realize they won't be able to stop people from posting AI slop of Stich doing 9/11, Mickey quoting Hitler, or six fingered princess porn, they will quickly put a stop to that program.

Rise failed cause it released less than a year after the 2012 show ended and didn’t have time for the dust to settle. Didn’t help that they were still marketing the 2012 series through crossovers and merch
The frustrating part about tales of the TMNT being cancelled is that you’re going to have a bunch of pseudo intellectuals/analysis going to claim that the franchises isn’t popular anymore and completely ignore all the factors surrounding it.
