@guardianheather.bsky.social any idea what HMG's spokesperson meant today by 'By doing this, more than half of employers will either see a cut or no change in their National Insurance bills'? In all versions of the quote I can find 'By doing this...' is a complete non sequitur from what went before.

I do think Trump has massive untreated PTSD from getting shot and zero tools to address it because he was raised by people who think trauma was made up by Jews, so now when people collapse at his rallies he can only cope by vibing to showtunes for half an hour
