I’ve said it before but reading all the medieval history books I’ve been reading lately has been so comforting. Makes you realize that there have always been mad and incompetent kings and they almost always die in ignominy and everyone piles shit on them for centuries after they’re gone.

My hot take is that I think wind turbines are beautiful. Like if you’re going to tilt against windmills because they ‘ruin a landscape’ my counter argument will be “no they don’t they’re gorgeous”.

I wish more white people in organizing spaces understood that their racism jumps out easily and it’s very identifiable for the people of color around them
