Say what you will, but Biden was always careful to point out that people were still struggling whenever he reported positive economic news. Equating him to Trump's full blown gaslighting operating is insane

THIS!
There’s a whole lot of folks nervous about needing Maga voters. We don’t. They are about 30% of the Republican Party. We just need the previously apathetic voters to vote. Economics will help.

Look… I love a good political fantasy too.

Mine was the Roberts Court would uphold the Constitution and declare Trump ineligible to run.

This is not a peace plan. It is a proposal that weakens Ukraine and divides America from Europe, preparing the way for a larger war in the future. In the meantime, it benefits unnamed Russian and American investors, at the expense of everyone else.

If the Republicans have decided that they want to die on the hill that troops should obey illegal orders and that encouraging them not to is a threat to Trump's defense policy, then I say let them.

To put a finer point on it: An "illegal order" is one that violates their oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States.

If you think that upholding the Constitution = sedition, well...you do the math.
Them: “You don’t have to obey illegal orders.”

Him: “That’s seditious! They should be hanged!”

Definitely not beating the giving-illegal-orders allegations.

Dang - how bad was the Border Patrol invasion in North Carolina?

None other than Thom Tillis himself is blasting DHS for gross overreach, and demanding lists of those detained, property damage caused by CBP agents, and their plan for restitution.
