If I use more than 000.05 seconds of a theme song from a 5 episode Japanese superhero show from the 70s in a YouTube video, a robot from Sony Music Group can takes away all my ad money. We already have the mechanisms in place to police ALL of this, we just need to redirect them.

Even their most mature stuff with Esther: The Girl Who Became Queen is still done in a way that conveys the story and it's themes for kids without damaging the message.
