Perhaps someone should have told him that Alf Garnet wasn’t supposed to be a role model!
It's pretty much certain now given Farage's refusal to deny he said those disgusting uber-racist things as a schoolboy that he at least was a full blown racist then. And then there's the far more recent allegations from erstwhile political allies during UKIP's reign.

He's just a racist isn't he?
Nigel Farage declines to endorse Richsrd Tice's claim that the recollections of 20+ of Farage's school contemporaries of his teenage racial slurs are "made up twaddle" and instead suggests he may boycott the BBC until it apologises for Alf Garnett!

My friends Dad, who was from the Dutch German border used to
say that to her.
Occasionally, I read something and fall deeply in love, all over again, with the German language.

Today's unbearably cute discovery is the colloquialism for toddler: "dreikäsehoch". Literally, "three-cheeses tall".

Three more school contemporaries who claim to have witnessed Nigel Farage’s alleged teenage racism have rejected the Reform UK leader’s suggestion that it was “banter”, describing it as targeted, persistent and nasty.

The devastating effects of Brexit continue to build
Brexit has cost each and every one of us £3,700 a year.

But instead of solving the problem, Labour are using Brexit as an excuse to raise your taxes.

My message ahead of the Budget: Stop blaming Brexit and start fixing it!

That isn’t because it was, it’s because they were 50 years younger!
The irony is that the Right used to cast the 1970s as the nadir of Britain's postwar decline, from which it had been "rescued" by Mrs Thatcher.

Labour was invariably said to want to "take us back to the 1970s".

But the 80s is less attractive to Reform's new voters, so the 70s are being repurposed.

A privilege to attend Remembrance Day in Edinburgh earlier and lead tributes as First Minister of Scotland.

I remember my late Uncle, Royal Marine Cpl Tom Hunter VC, who lost his life on 3 April 1945 fighting for the freedom we enjoy today. He trained in the hills around this memorial.

It's not an "error" if you keep doing it. That's deliberate deception. He has previously failed to declare gifts & cash within 28 days as required.

There should be clear and strong sanctions. Otherwise, why wouldn't MPs keep hiding their conflicts of interest?
