Even a one day delay matters in a situation like this.
None of the cabinet nominees are unanimous consent. They’re all put to votes.
They can block unanimous consent about moving the nominee forward to a vote…but that just delays it like a day.
You need to realize that there’s no “tricks” to pull here. They have no power.
