Absolutely hate that the Nigel Farage story is simultaneously Something and Nothing. If you think he’s a racist, you will continue to think he’s a racist. If you don’t, this won’t be what moved the dial - it’s just the establishment trying to cut him down to size etc.

Charles Platt’s column about his rejected #Warhammer novel from Interzone #36 (June 1990) is quite a take... he admits not taking the material seriously, turning in a pre-pubescent power fantasy, and then gets aggrieved when Drachenfels comes out.
