WE WON. I am *begging* you to take note of who did this. *Not* UCLA admin—they’re still scuttling around behind closed doors, attempting to appease—but FACULTY AND STAFF, led by AAUP.
BREAKING: In AAUP et al v. Trump (wall-to-wall union lawsuit challenging the administration’s unlawful use of TItle VI to reshape the University of California system), the faculty and staff of the UC system WON!!!

We were granted our preliminary injunction! @aaup.org

White cop parked next to where I pulled up at a stop light, motioned to me to roll down my window.

Cop: What kind of music is that
Me: Sorry officer, was it too loud?
Cop: No. just, what music?
Me: Rhianna?
Cop: Good tune.

WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED TO ME??

With a new prosecutor on the case, Judge Scott McAfee is back at it in Trump’s Fulton County case.

This afternoon, he formally dismissed three counts against Trump and several other defendants.

(This was expected, as he previously dismissed the same charges against John Eastman and Shawn Still.)

This is an attack on all workers and their financial security. https://politi.co/3LCAFwy

That’s right, these are all made primarily of GLASS — a fact difficult to accept given how accurate & lifelike they are

As many as 200,000 Mississippians could soon lose health insurance, the state's Republican insurance commissioner, Mike Chaney, warned the Mississippi Free Press in October.

Those odds have increased since the government shutdown ended with no extension of expanded ACA tax credits.

For context: 67,000 people signed up with the group in Trump’s first term ― over the *entirety* of those four years.
